Ordering Wine FAQ
Our goal is to assemble a customized wine collection that represents the unique preferences of the member instead of a standard “package.”
This is a relationship that improves over time, just like the wines we serve in our wine bar.
What is included in the total price?
The total price listed is inclusive of wines, shipping, customs fees, and insurance for the shipping destination selected.
Do I need to be a member before ordering wine?
It is not necessary to be a member in order to wine. Membership is free and members receive our newsletters with promotions 3-4 times a year, purchases and subscriptions are not required in order to be a member of our wine club and mailing list.
Do I get to choose the wines that go into my shipment?
We offer our members the flexibility to choose the number of red and white wines included in their shipment. However, due to our ever-evolving selection, we cannot guarantee specific wines. Our expert sommeliers carefully curate each collection to showcase the finest expressions of Italian terroir and winemaking. We are always eager to learn your preferences and will do our best to personalize each shipment to suit your tastes.
Is it all red wine, or white wine, or mixed?
In the order form, we invite you to indicate your preferences, offering flexibility to accommodate your tastes.
How do I pay for the wine?
Our online store accepts payments via credit card.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA (excluding Utah), the EU, and the UK.
Will you tell me something about the wines you send me?
We will send you information about the wines, producers and suggested food pairings.
